I want to crypt exe so that antiviruses do not swear, advise a proven service.

Good anti-virus software will complain about the presence of a cryptogram (a block of random data) in a PE file in any case. At least as a "suspicious" software.
Hiding a malicious payload in an executable file is a creative process.
Service under this business, to admit, I do not know. And I don't think there really is one. And if it does, then anti-virus companies will probably quickly prepare signatures for his concealment technique and it will cease to be effective.
