What am I doing wrong with the extension?

I'm trying to create an extension but for some reason it's empty and all styles and meta tags are connected directly to . Here's what it looks like in firebug . What am I doing wrong do not tell me here is the link to the extension the
error occurs due to the fact that my extension is present in the create.php view

$this->render('_form', ['allModels'=>$allModels, 'model'=>$model])

as I understand it, rendering from the extensions view does not work out normally? Or is there a way to fix this issue.

the problem is in the layout, apparently. The line is not connected there $this->head();and for the future, re-read your question after sending, if the "Preview" button is not to your liking
