What minimum components (processor, video card...) should be in a macbook for plus or minus comfortable editing (no lags, freezes) 4k 30 fps H264 in Final Cut Pro ?

if you mount in FCP, then in principle any beech, since it is used by a proxy for editing.
preferably 15" 16gb RAM and an additional video card.
4K in drones and gopro is quite comfortably processed on a late 2013 macbook 15" 16gb i7
, raw and prores is another matter.
