What about the laser cartridge?

Canon LBP-1120 (cartridge C4092A). After rinsing the transfer roller (charge roller) with water and wiping the drum unit with a dry cloth, longitudinal "scratches" began to be printed on the right edge of the paper. What could be the cause - transfer roller or photoconductor?

For a long time I googled a huge table, where for a specific printer model, by the distance between artifacts, it was possible to determine the source of the problem. Now worked up only similar .
