What about orders for upwork for Android development?

I am an android developer. There is a desire to try yourself on Upwork. For a long time I have been regularly monitoring orders and their number does not please me at all: orders for android may not appear for several hours. Most customers want an application for all platforms right away. The rest are either too complex or ambiguous, since the description does not indicate anything specific about future work. Is everything so bad with freelancing on android? Maybe I'm not looking right? Share your experience.

I don't work for upwork YET... I figured it out logically, I think the reason is this: "Most customers want an application for all platforms right away."

I work in a team on Upwork, which has an android developer (SDK).
I do not think that the direction is not popular.
Perhaps you have errors in your resume or the wrong cost per hour.

Not bad, you just need to communicate clearly with the customer in orders and find out.

There, orders are often sorted out in 30 minutes, after they appear, and you can no longer see them, because the customer has already appointed / selected candidates. According to statistics, there are quite a few orders for Android.
