What about a docker that doesn't fit in /var/lib?

There is an image of 30 gigabytes.
It is written to /var/lib
After which it runs out of space and crashes.
Since for the entire system var is only 29 gigabytes in total.
Moreover, there is a lot of disk space in principle, but there is not enough specific space for the system.
Where to dig?
