What 2d js engine for online games - board emulation for up to 8 people would you recommend?

Hello, tell me a finished project (which can be taken as a basis) of a 2d game-emulation of the playing field of a board game or an engine (with Russian-language documentation).
I would like to make an analogue of TableTop / Vassal with the ability to load json files with the games themselves (graphics, logic).
While it is difficult to formulate TOR, I hope that during the discussion it will be possible to highlight the problems and their possible solutions.
