Python

Well, can I deal with modules in Python?

A complete zero and a teapot, I’ll say right away.
I installed Python, I want to figure it out and started with the simplest. I want to make a bot in telegram. I started downloading via pip , it seems to have downloaded, but after writing, I wrote that the module was not found. Later I reinstalled, wrote in the console that pip was not found in principle, now I can’t even find Python in the console. What kind of gingerbread is that?! Downloaded from official site. Version 3.8.

I attach a photo of the code, and the error. Although it is not located, Python works, for some reason!

Let me remind you that my goal is to create a Bot in Telegram, if you tell me on your fingers a short way to it I will be very grateful !!

Try installing Python from the Microsoft store from the site, for some reason it does not see modules on Windows, pip and generally does not work correctly

You are specifying a module that does not exist. Telebot and telebot modules in python are different things. Should be written in lower case. https://pypi.org/project/telebot
