I work with Netcat for the second time. There is a task to create and fill 2 sections.
I encountered such a problem when creating a section

That is, the visual editor does not work, and I did not find how to enable it on these sections.
Another problem is that these sections have a completely different title in the title. Moreover, it is completely incomprehensible on what basis the system takes it. Judging by the name, it takes the title from some other section, but it is not clear which one.
