They can test "breakthrough" - i.e. unrelated but unique text is fasted and then checked to see if it is on the page.

What filter would you recommend to catch such messages? Maybe you can somehow recognize the hieroglyphs?

Well, the first thing that comes to mind about filtering is based on the presence of hieroglyphs. (Unless, of course, there are no native speakers / content on your site that should be presented in this form.
PS: In very rare cases, such “character sets” are used by attackers to confuse.
N / A if the “enemy” did receive a shell, then a planted script (very intricate) will apply cunning conditions to messages on the forum, in reality, collecting symbols for quite specific control commands from a hodgepodge
