Weird mouse work?

Welcome all.
After a reboot, or rather an emergency shutdown of the computer, the mouse (Media Tech MT1067) began to work differently than before. The wheel now works only with sound, wherever the wheel turns, the sound decreases and increases, and when you press the wheel, the sound turns off, custom buttons stop working, pages do not scroll!!! Firewood reinstalled!
What could be causing this glitch??

Today I had a similar glitch in Mint, if the mouse is stuck, then it works within the same active window / element
, if before that the taskbar was in focus, then the wheel rotates the windows, wherever the pointer is.
