Weird mouse issues. Who faced?

Good times of the day!
A couple of days ago, a strange problem arose, when working on a PC, the mouse may suddenly turn off, and a low crackle can be heard from the speakers. After a few seconds, the mouse turns on and everything works fine. The cable was bent in different directions, there is no crease. And then she can just lie on the table and this happens. At the same time, there is no pattern at all, it can work normally all day, and then turn off within a minute, turn on again and turn off again and turn on again. Interestingly, the chatter from the speakers can be barely audible and short, and it just becomes a little dull or long (relatively - 0.5 seconds) and then it completely goes out and lights up after a couple of seconds. Mouse a4tech v8, who faced this? Time to look for a new one?

Either the mouse is fooling (it checks with a replacement for a known working one), or there are problems with the PC's power supply. If replacing the mouse does not help, try temporarily replacing the power supply. If uzhet does not help - just replace the motherboard.
By the way, is the mouse USB or PS/2?

Diagnosis is simple - stick a working mouse and look.
glitches - the problem is in the computer
there are no glitches - throw away the mouse
