WeChat and fb massanger to the site?

Hello, there is a task to add a messenger from fb and wechat to the site.
Messenger guides are outdated, apparently. Fb docs say that you need to make your own webhook, configure the bot, send it for verification, then a bunch of some kind of crap and then somehow connect it to the desired fb account. Here + - everything is clear, but what to do with wechat is completely incomprehensible.
Has anyone faced this?

With wechat, everything is complicated. To get access to the api and sdk, until now (as far as I know) it was necessary to get an official account (this is completely different from just a wechat account). And most importantly, this account must be confirmed. And you can confirm it only if you have a Chinese id (identity card). I tried to do it with a friend (Russian, but with a Chinese id), but nothing happened. So it is necessary to apply exclusively to the Chinese.
Although it was 2 years ago, some services may have appeared.
But with Wichat, the rules are getting stricter. And even where I came across integration with wechat before, now it does not work. The same Franz multimessenger.

in WeChat, the main problem is the lack of docks in native English, until recently (and maybe still) the translation was unofficial, now, it seems, they have washed down the portal, but not everything in English is
also full of third-party APIs, maybe it makes sense to start from them,
well, master google translate with a camera)
we used the services of working Chinese during integration, but the quest is still the same - they are salesmen, not techies
