Webvisor and adaptive layout - how to make friends?

Made a website with a responsive layout. "@media", etc.
On mobile devices, everything is ok, in the toggle device in the developer consoles too. But Yandex.webvisor, when recording android and ios sessions, stubbornly shows the full version, only with a cropped screen. Can you tell me what magic can fix this?
