Webstorm bug when working with bash?

I registered the path to git/bin/bash.exe in the settings, everything seems to work, but there is an unpleasant bug.
When changing the height of the terminal window (just do a little more / less with the mouse), webstorm sends a termination signal to the console for some reason .... and if there was some kind of process, then it ends accordingly. if it's just a console prompt, then it's like pressing enter or ctrl + c - i.e. jumps to a new line.

What did you try?
I changed all the settings of the built-in plugin in Settings -> Plugins -> Terminal
I put some different plugins for the terminal ....

Nothing helps, there is no such bug with windows cmd, but bash.exe is needed very much
