WebStorm 8 - how to set up LiveEdit?

It seems like he did everything right. The checkboxes are there, the plugins are installed.
View - LiveEdit
Settings - LiveEdit
Plugins for Mozilla and Chrome are installed
However, the RUN button does not light up in any way. Maybe missed something?
