Website ranking in Yandex: Why does the TP make a manual change in the position of the site?

Some time ago I had a written dialogue with Platon from Yandex. The dispute concerned the position of the site on a specific request - "Semenych". In the search, there was only the seed store "Semyanych" - the entire first page. After sorting things out and waving my hands, I gave TP a weighty argument in favor of my site. And about an hour later, my site got to the top of the search results for the query "Semyonych". I'm thinking.
They are there in Yandex, as it turns out, they can do whatever they want, manually correct the issue and thus influence the change in the position of any site?
PS Maybe on other positions it is worth arguing with Yandex's TP?

They just removed the negative.
This is a fake: gradually the position of the site will return to the same level.
