Website not showing up on github pages?

The project is written in nodejs and pug. All files in the docs folder. When I open it, the page is not found (404), what could be wrong?

In general, it is desirable that the index.html file be in the root of the folder. The name of the repositories must be strictly this: your.github.io Well, do not forget that github pages only support static, it will not display a dynamic page.

My href="#" didn't let me load the page in pages. After registering the address, everything loaded.
