Website not opening on first visit

The site does not open on the first visit. If you try a second time, it opens instantly and works very fast. If you wait a couple of minutes and try to log in again, you will have to repeat the trick: the first time it doesn’t open, you refresh the page, it opens quickly. :( What could be the problem?

Wordpress 3.3.2, Mystique theme unchanged. There is only one plugin installed so far: wordpress.org/extend/plugins/memcached/

Ubuntu 11.10, ngnix 1.0.5, php, mysql, etc. There are no problems with other sites, including the site on the LivStreet engine, for example

Changes in WP made 2:
1) Auto revisions are disabled.
2) Disabled auto-update.

The "top" command shows this:


In the footer on the main page: 14 queries in 0.36 seconds (24.50M)
This is from the second and subsequent times. Why doesn't the first one open?

Do you have two php5-fpm processes? Two? So two requests can be executed at the same time!
