Good morning! An acquaintance from Turkey ordered a blog. Are there people here who made the site for the Turkish audience? What forks are there?
For example, everything is bad with domains, they look like this . I heard that they have some strict rules on domains, but Google did not give anything.

I made my website for the Turkish audience (as a Turkish language translator I sold my services directly to Turkey), but everything was easier for me: I made a website in Turkish but on ru hosting and poured traffic from Turkey to it. Everything worked - people came, called, wrote. As for the restrictions, I think you are right, they have some restrictions on the use of some domains.
