I want to make a quality contract for the creation of sites. What Google and Yandex gives out are filkin's letters; I also looked at the posts here.

Do not try to make an Ideal-Agreement-in-Vacuum, there will be holes in any contract, and if a shitty client finds these holes, your concern is to look for adequate clients, weed out inadequate ones, this is the main feature - to understand people. And by trying to make the perfect contract, you are only torturing yourself.
