Website compiler doesn't understand encoding?

Hello. There is a task site at the university. There is a task that should output either yes or no in Russian.
The task does not accept, if you look at the code, then instead of Russian characters there is such nonsense:

@wataru

The encoding of the source file is not the same.
Open the source in notepad - save as - and choose a different encoding under the file name. If there are krakozyabry, change them to Russian yes / no and save the file. Repeat the operation for different encodings until the site accepts.
