Website and opencart details no longer displayed after language change. How to fix?

I accidentally set the Russian language from the module, immediately after that many details were no longer displayed, including the site. All products and categories are gone. When I try to return the language through the admin panel, the language changes, but the details do not appear. Here's what it looks like:
