Webpack: working together with express.js. is it possible in nature not with React?

Express.js

There is a SPA project on express.js.
It has some server side page generation with bootstrap information insertion in html.
I used lmd.js/gulp to build the project before - there were no problems and so I decided to switch to webpack.
Wrestled with him for a couple of weeks, but never got over it.
What you need:
- use node.js page generation and generate and use javascript, script, image & fonts files in pages using webpack-dev-server
- generate scripts and styles for each page and create scripts and styles containing common snippets
- insert in html files generated for production components links with hash codes
- the ability to break large scripts into meaningful sets to use them in the code (for example, divided by root)
