webpack. How to host files on the server?

I'm building a vue.js project with webpack.
After that, I move the contents of the dist folder to the server.
Site works but can't follow CNC links like site.com/hello
When I worked without webpack I used .htaccess file, what should I do for webpack project?

what does webpack have to do with it? Where is the webpack and where is the combat server with the assembled scripts...
Do the same as you can, or throw out apache and install nginx with the necessary config.
