Webpack & Express.js: how to build .css if I don't use .css loading in code?

I'm building a normal Express app - not React!!!! (even though it looks like webpack is focused only on React)
I have .css/.less files in different folders with different modules.
How can I assemble several .css files using webpack (well, at least one for a start)?
