WebIndex (a bot that follows you)?

Good afternoon, a question arose after analyzing the site logs.
When entering any newly created page (and even a page with 404), a bot with IP 92.242.35.54 and User-Agent: WebIndex comes in a couple of seconds.
Moreover, this pattern, judging by the logs, is not only with me, but with a fairly large number of users. It is impossible to find these pages through navigation (closed sections of the site), i.e. it is clear that the browser transmits somewhere the history of visits.
From what I checked, I sent requests to the liveinternet counter and the second counter.
Came without plug-ins in the browser. (chrome)
If you access the site through BurpSuite, the bot does not enter.
Searching the Internet did not give any results, although the question was asked by different people.
