A bunch of examples and documentation here threejs.org/, this is an excellent library over webgl called threejs
Technical English becomes clear in a week - a month of regular reading (I studied German at school - a bad excuse :-)), install a dictionary plugin in your browser and learn English - then you will open the wonderful world of excellent literature on programming.
