WebGL + GPU performance in Firefox?

Testing https://webglsamples.org/aquarium/aquarium.html
When enabled, 20000 shows 13-15 fps.
In chromium at 20000 it gives out 40 fps and smoothly.
Moreover, regardless of the version of the fox (esr, stable, developer or night) and regardless of the OS (both in nix and in windows).
About:config includes everything needed for webgl. That is, webgl itself works, but performance is weaker than in chrome.
