webcomponents on linux. Is it real?

Hikvision hardware setup requires webcomponents support in the browser. If you work from windows - everything is fine, browsers install and display webcomponents. And in linux systems, webcomponents does not work, half of the elements of the equipment web interface are not displayed. Rummaged already a heap of pages with various decisions. While writing the question, the idea arose to run firefox in wine or ie8 in playonlinux. Someone solved a similar problem?

I can be wrong, but on the hikvision website there is a link to download components for working with their cameras in Linux www.hikvision.msk.ru/index/download/0-14 maybe we are talking about installing a video surveillance server. It seems to me that it is more convenient to work through software than through a browser, but this is purely my opinion.
