Web studio customer support system
Please tell me the support system for web studio clients. Requirements:
1. Ticket system with email notification
2. Ability to make tariff plans for clients (tariff plan "Site Update", "Extended Site Support", etc.)
3. Ability to pay for tariff plans via webmoney and other e-currencies of Runet
Now I'm looking at whmcs .com , but it’s too painful for everything to be hosted there. I know that there are SaaS services, but if you can attach payment systems to the script yourself, then in SaaS it can be a matter of many months until the developers decide to add functionality.

In the form of a boxed solution, all 3 points cannot be obtained. If only because all the items belong to different areas. The first is a ticket system, the second is billing, the third is an online store. Therefore, it is easiest to take ready-made solutions for each of the areas. For 1 it can be OTRS , for 2 it is better to file your own solution, for 3 I can’t recommend anything.
