Web server log analyzer?

Google gives me various tools for analyzing statistics. But I need something else.
You need to be able to view the log by mask. Filter by date eg. By request type, by IP. Filter by regularity.

So filter by regular expression, but by what you want, what's the problem? sed, awk, Perl, Python, PHP, any other script of 1 or more lines. It is not very clear how "statistics analyzer" relates to a banal filter.
Perl modules Logfile::Access , HTTPD::Log::Filter , Parse::AccessLogEntry
chapter "Parsing Web Access Logs" from the book "Perl for Web Site Management" on parsing with regexps
