Web server images?

I am looking for sites with web server images for VMware or VirtualBox.
Preferably with Debian or Ubuntu, but others are welcome. From the software, the ability to select the minimum basic software: Apache + PHP + Muscle

so far this is what I found www.vmware.com/appliances
but they don’t write software versions here, I need PHP 5.2.17
And they don’t write at all what the software is, only partially. But found a few with Ubuntu 10.10
