Web server for developer (Ubuntu)?

Is it better to install all the components of the web server (php, mysql, phpMyAdmin, apache2) separately, or is it better to install LAMP?
OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Put everything separately + nginx in front of Apache, so learn how to configure the server

by Docker for each service.
It will be easier to test and issue for production, and subsequently reconfigure to different machines.
