Either the JavaEE path: JSF, JPA, EJB, JAX-RS/WS, etc
Or the spring path: Spring AOP, Spring Data, Spring MVC, etc
Although you often need to know both options. Other than that, all sorts of basics like Servlets, JDBC, JSP, DI, JUnit, Java Core, etc.
