We transport VPS/VDS from Europe back to Russia. Where to move?

Good afternoon!
I'm going to transport a couple of $10 VPS from Digitalocean to the Russian Federation in case of outages (and in order to support a domestic hoster).

The question is which companies can be analogues in providing high-quality VPS services in the long term.
$10 tariffs now are (1 VCPU + 2GB RAM + 40-50 SSD).

VDS needs to be tested, just like virtual hosting.
What is indicated in the tariff does not mean anything.

I used different ones: timeweb, hostland, regru (for a long time), but settled on rackstore.ru

vds.selectel.ru (very similar to DO in interface) I use it when I need to test something (thanks to the hourly payment) or on pet projects where you don’t need a lot of power, and ihc.ru (ref 332624 for a discount) for production loaded projects.
