We need an engine for microblogging with some features

Friends, we need a microblog engine with the following features:
1. the ability to attach up to 5 photos to a post
2. the ability to log in through a login or similar (i.e. multi-user)
3. the ability to cross-post to Twitter, VK and other social networks
4. buttons like and more
5. internal rating of people and posts

Maybe someone will tell you a ready-made solution? Most likely, later I will write it myself, but I want to look at what is already there and make it better.

Specifically, for your task, I do not see what is fashionable to write yourself. I advise you to try WordPress mainly because it is popular in Russia and in the world too, therefore
1) there is a good community where you can ask for advice
2) there are thousands of plugins, so there are no problems with the functionality
3) the project does not stand still and is being actively developed by the team developers, so that any bug and hole is quickly fixed, and useful functionality is being finalized
