We installed a new DDE2 FB ECC memory on an Intel S5000VSA server with an E5420x2, the idle load rate was 40%+, what should I do?
Installed a new DDR2 ECC 4gb 8 pcs. on Intel S5000VSA with E5420 x2 - the CPU is loaded in idle more than 20%
Memory_Speed_Test_x64 paired with MemTest64 do not show critical "sagging" during the test, there are no errors in the test either.
all modules are occupied, before that there was exactly the same memory in terms of parameters, but of a smaller volume (4 modules).
the idle temperature on new modules was ~60 degrees, measured with an IR thermometer.
Module 0:
DDR2, 4096 MB, 64-bit, 667 MHz

there is a production piece of hardware: S5000PSL 2xXeonE5420 24Gb - 4-channel mother
when replacing all modules with new ones, the problem is exactly the same: in idle time, the percentage is 20% +, brakes and OS lags
