The gist of my question is this. To replenish the portfolio, you need to create a National Assembly. The idea itself is simple, but I hope you can help.

Wrote TK for myself. The idea of ​​the NS itself is this. There are 2.5 thousand images (the dataset collected itself, don't ask how long it took). The National Assembly should select a certain section of the image (I understand that this is not done by the National Assembly, but by the connected libraries)and do it with the next 2.5k images. The site itself looks mostly like a rectangle (I saw something similar with car numbers, but not quite the same). Next, count the resulting section of the image (there will only be numbers) and answer whether the answer is in the range of values ​​\u200b\u200bthat I indicated (more than 300, immediately minus, if less than 250, then ok, the task is satisfied).
