Ways to work for a desktop developer?

What are the ways to earn extra money (namely, additional small earnings) for a novice C # developer who is still in the process of learning. I don’t know web or mobile frameworks. Therefore, only a desktop. etc. Only online, there is no opportunity to train in the company

for a beginner C# developer who is still in the process of learning

He will get a job as a seller-parttimer in a household appliances store or a mobile phone salon.

For a beginner C# developer (and not only for C#) there is only one effective way - to develop your skills.
Think for yourself: the same amount that you spend a month on earning, with developed skills, you will earn in a week, or maybe even less.
Programming is not about quick money, here you often have to work and learn "for the future".

What are the ways to freelance

You drive into Google: "freelance exchanges";
registering;
Freelance.
Well, you can still spoil advertising somewhere in VK groups.

I don't know web or mobile frameworks.
Is this a problem today? A month of sticking into tutorials without fanaticism will give you the opportunity to rivet the same mobile applications on, say, a unit without straining. Sitting on a clean desktop, IMHO, you either have to go to a tough corporate party or release your product without analogues (or much better than competitors) and live on donations / sales / support. Or look for more fishy places, such as mobile development or the web. There orders are smaller, but there are really a LOT of them, you can live.
