Ways to implement a cross-platform mobile application?
Hello.
The task is to implement a mobile application for two platforms - Android and iOS. The implementation option separately for each platform is quite lengthy.
I decided to look towards cross-platform solutions. Found Cordova. To use this collector, an implementation on HTML + CSS + JS is possible.
I did not find information whether there is access to certain system functions such as the phone book, camera, and so on.
Are there any limitations of this stack compared to individual solutions for each platform.
PS if you implement using the HTML + CSS + JS stack, then I would like to use the jQuery Mobile library in addition.
Thanks in advance.

here are plugins that allow you to use the functionality of the mobile OS
I myself use Appcelerator Titanium, I like everything, but they made their new technology: Hyperloop, paid (more precisely, only under a "team license"), $ 1000 per year. But in essence, this is a NativeScript analogy (the only thing they say is that hyperloop works faster).
But NativeScript has one more yummy - Angular2. Therefore, I consider it the most promising tool at the moment.
