Wasn't loaded because its MIME type ("text/plain") is not "text/css"?

Nginx

css and js files not working.
Writes an error:

*****.css не была загружена, потому что её MIME-тип («text/plain») не «text/css».

How to eliminate?

26:	include /etc/nginx/mime.types;

в nginx mime подключить.
