Warning: duplicated key at line 196 ignored::openstack_region when deploying to heroku. How is it decided?

Hi all. When deploying, a warning appears: duplicated key at line 196 ignored: : openstack_region. It swears :fog. How to decide? Deleted the fog line in the locale. And when deploying to Heroku?

Found and fixed. The release, they write, has not been released yet. Warning is not so critical, and it’s better not to patch the decoy yourself
