Want to learn how to program in Lua+ but don't know where to start?

I tried java, turbo pascal, c ++ but something didn’t attract me recently I came across lua + I got interested but I don’t know where to start, tell me books, video tutorials, etc. Thanks in advance.

Start with Python.
Simple syntax, a sea of literature, a huge community.
If you don't like Python - quit programming.
