Vue instance one or per component?

For example, on the site, the search will not be Vue, the side block with news, 3-5 more different blocks on the page through Vue.
In general, there is a desire to rewrite everything dynamic in Vue ... I'm tired of scrolling tons of Jquery ... So
, what's the best way? Make one instance for the entire body page and components already there?
Or for each html block, its own instance and its own component?

If parameters are supposed to be passed between components, then it is more logical to do everything in one vue instance.
