VSCode - Auto Generate Open and Close Brackets in CSS?

In Visual Studio Code, is there a way in a CSS or SCSS file to automatically generate open and close brackets after any class/id/selector? Are there such extensions?

If necessary, such an optimization is unlikely, it is too narrow a task. It's not impossible, just why?
If you need to automatically make s?css from HTML markup, then there is eCSStractor
for this. If you are too lazy to write a control structure for CSS on your own, then you can reduce it to one character using snippets. Here is my question with my own answer , I still do it, my brother is alive.
