An error has occurred and we can no longer retrieve user information for "***@gmail.com". Enter the credentials for this account again.

Studio 12, update 3. From additions - only Resharper 8.2.
The account itself is quite old, any data (login password) does not change.
Login to the account on two PCs was carried out - on the home and work. On the worker, the problem also manifests itself, there vs12, most likely without updates.
