VS Code and Python?

I have a problem with vscode when I try to run a python program I get an error:

The terminal process
"C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe"
terminated with exit code: 4294901760.

Why doesn't the terminal open in vscode?

If you want to program in Python - install Pycharm and don't worry. This is a very powerful tool.
