VRAM disappeared in the game, how to recover?
Such a situation, I recently installed GTA 5 on a laptop, during the first installation I went into the game, decided to check what standard settings were set by the game, I look in the settings, and there 3072 is used, although in all the descriptions of my video card it is written that the GTX860m video memory is 2048 (for with the exception of another version, where 4gb)
so .. I didn’t change the settings, I saw some other 1GB on top, it’s certainly good, and the FPS increased, everything was at high, except for anti-aliasing .. but a week later, after a long game, I decided to play around with the settings, and changed a lot in the graphics, put SweetFX (enb) then deleted it again, and I look, and there is no longer 3GB as it was originally, but only 2GB, the subject itself .. how can I return that memory, those settings that were originally? deleting the .ini file responsible for the graphic settings did not help, reinstalling somehow not comme il faut, since the game weighs 60gb, considering my insignificant Seagate with 5400rpm :< although you can put it overnight with the exception..
ps: i7 4710HQ, intel hd4600, discrete GTX860m 2048mb GDDR5, 8gb RAM DDR3, 1920x1080 FHD.
Win10 x64 lic.
thank you all for your attention, good luck in freelancing :)
