Voting in the "Steam Store" using "SteamWorks"

Hello.
I read 3 articles about working with "SteamWorks" (" Working with SteamWorks. Part 1-3"), and, in fact, I had a question. Let's say now in "Steam" you can vote for 1 out of 3 games, and if, let's say, one of them gets the most votes, then there will be a discount on it. Is it possible to use "SteamWorks" to vote for one of these games?
"Voting" example:
%D0%A1%D0%BE%D0%BE%D0%B1%D1%89%D0%B5%D1%
I tried googling and didn't find much.
I am using Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express.
PS If anything, I'm new to C++ (seriously, I'm a noob), and I know almost nothing about working with APIs, interfaces, etc (but I really want to know). So, if someone knows the answer, then please explain each line.
Thanks in advance !

I could be wrong, but the Steam API is only for getting information and you can't automate voting through it.
In this case, you need to do authorization in the incentive at the program level and call js, which is responsible for voting.

You can make a small script on any kind of AutoIt that will click on the "Update" and "Vote" points once every 8 hours

You can't, Steamworks is not for this
